CACELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

At Crystalesis Creative Studio, we understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your event photography or cinematography services or request a refund. We strive to provide a transparent and fair Cancellation and Refund Policy to address such situations. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1. Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your event photography or cinematography services with Crystalesis Creative Studio, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation requests should be sent to crystalesiscs@gmail.com

1.2. Non-Refundable Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may have been required at the time of booking to secure our services. This deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances of the cancellation.

1.3. Cancellation Fees: Depending on the timing of your cancellation and the specific terms outlined in your contract or quotation, the following cancellation fees may apply:

i. If the client has provided the confirmation by mail – then Crystalesis would be charging 20% on the budget mentioned in the proposal.

ii. If token amount is paid – then Crystalesis would be charging 30% on the last remaining amount as a penalty

 iii. If the advance is only paid (50%) – then Crystalesis would be charging 40% on the remaining amount as a penalty.

iv. If the advance and the 2nd Instalments are paid (i.e., 50%+30%) – then Crystalesis would be charging 70% on the last remaining amount as a penalty.

1.4. Refund Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation notification.

2. Rescheduling

2.1. Rescheduling Requests: If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss the options available. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to our availability.

2.2. Additional Charges: Depending on the circumstances of the rescheduling and any additional expenses incurred (e.g., travel or equipment rentals), additional charges may apply. These charges will be communicated to you in advance.

3. Force Majeure

3.1. Unforeseen Events: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, illness, or other emergencies, that prevent us from fulfilling our contractual obligations, Crystalesis Creative Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event without liability. In such cases, we will make every effort to work with you to find a suitable alternative date or solution.

 

4. Refund Policy

4.1. Refunds for Services Not Rendered: If Crystalesis Creative Studio is unable to provide the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or other reasons beyond our control, we will issue a refund for the services not rendered. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

4.2. Refund Eligibility: Refunds will only be issued for services that were paid for but not delivered. Refunds will not be provided for any non-refundable deposits or services that have already been rendered.
