3. Intellectual Property

3.1. Ownership: Crystalesis Creative Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in the photographs, videos, and other creative works produced during your event. You will receive a license to use these materials for personal and non-commercial purposes.

3.2. Usage Rights: You may not use the materials for commercial purposes, publication, or distribution without our express written consent.

4.1. Consent: By engaging our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Cooperation: You agree to cooperate with our photographers and cinematographers to ensure the successful capture of your event.

5.2. Guest Cooperation: You are responsible for ensuring that your guests cooperate with our team and respect their working conditions.

 

6. Delivery of Materials

6.1. Timeline: We will provide an estimated timeline for the delivery of your event materials (photos and videos). Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule.

 

7. Quality Assurance

7.1. Editing: All photographs and videos will be professionally edited to enhance their quality. The creative decisions regarding editing are at the discretion of Crystalesis Creative Studio.

7.2. Satisfaction: We strive for your complete satisfaction, but artistic interpretation and creative judgments may vary. Re-editing requests may be subject to additional charges.

 

8. Liability

8.1. Limitation of Liability: Crystalesis Creative Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to equipment failure, data loss, or any other issues.

 

9. Changes to Terms
